What parts of my profile can other Aerials see?
Other Aerials will not be able to see your Inbox / Minifeed, Pending Friends section or those fields which have unchecked in your profile information page.

How do I delete my profile?

How do I search for another Aerial?
You can search for other Aerials in the search box in the top right hand corner. This will search the site for Aerials display names only. You can search for all or part of a display name. E.g. For display name 'aerialnumber1' you can search for 'a', 'ae', 'aer' etc up to 'aerialnumber1'.

Why can I only search for an Aerial on their display name?
This is a measure that has been taken to help prevent identity theft.

How many pictures can I upload?
There is no limit to the amount of pictures that you can upload.

Do photos have to be a particular file size and format?
Maximum 4MB upload per image. Please use .jpg or .gif formats.

I have forgotten my username, what do I do?

I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
Click on 'Forgot Password' in the Login Page. A new password will be generated and set to your email, please change this to a password of your choice through the edit profile screen.

How do I report offensive material?
Click the 'report' link next to the comment or image that you wish to report and write your objection. The webmaster will assess and remove if deemed inappropriate.

How do I rate a gig?
Go to the Tour Archive page for the relevant show.
To rate the gig, simply click the relevant rating number. The H! logos will then show the average rating of the show.
